One of the more recent highlights of the Summer Opera Lyric Theatre repertoire has been CARMEN FLAMENCO, Guillermo Silva-Marin’s own innovative version of Bizet’s CARMEN produced in 1996 with a return engagement in 1997. Featuring the Arte Flamenco! Spanish Dance Company, this unique and exciting adaptation of the beloved Bizet opera was both a box office and critical success.
